PLAN OVERVIEW

TekSource’s Worry-Free Computer Service Program for PCs is designed to help
computer owners keep their PCs operating at its peak performance. To make this
possible, TekSource begins first with an evaluation of each PC. Each PC is
reviewed and inspected to establish a baseline of the member’s PCs and to
identify current or potential problems. We will verify that the PC has current
antivirus software and that antivirus software is automatically updating. If
the PC is not fully functional, the necessary repairs must be made before that
PC is eligible for coverage. These repairs are not covered under this plan,
however, TekSource has the expertise to repair these PCs and restore them to
their full operating potential. Once the PC has passed inspection, it becomes
eligible for coverage under our Worry-Free Computer Service Program.
You will receive a full report of your PC. Upgrades and performance
enhancements recommendations will be noted on the report. These upgrades or
performance enhancements can be performed at a discount versus our normal labor
rates as a benefit to the members in our service program.

REQUIREMENTS
|

With TekSource Worry-Free Computer Service
Program for PCs, each PC is reviewed and
evaluated for conformance to the program.
This program requires that the customer’s PC
has met the following minimum requirements:
- Microsoft Windows 98
or newer operating system
- Valid and current
antivirus software
- Original license keys
for all applications and operating
system
- Original software
delivered with the PC
- TekSource approved
surge protection
- Scheduled backups of
their data.
